Does anyone know anything about operating one of these. Any info that anyone has to offer would be greatly appreciated. You could e-mail me or post it here, whichever you prefer. Thanks again!!

Good location is a must, with lots of traffic flowing through but plenty of space for cars to stop beside the stand. Try to have your stand a distance away from the house. It is a little inconvenient at times, but you will not have people knocking on your door when the stand is "closed" for business. Always have plenty of change (city folks tend to have lots of 50s). Make your stand interesting to look at (eye catching without being overdone). If you are on a main route have some other trinkets for sale beside your produce, like local handicrafts. Ask your neighbours if they have something that they would like to sell and maybe they would even volunteer some of their time to work at the stand.
