Is that barn door you have like a 4 foot door
that the livestock use . Here is two more things that I have here that you might want to think about .On some stall gates I beveled the top and set the track at the same angle so soon as you start to open it , It rolls up and clears all the junk and it also rolls shut by it's self

Next I took a 8 foot garage door and cut it into and installed that Had to get lighter springs though It went up way to fast. I went from 110# springs to 70# if I remember right
You could use Plyeood to make the door and just get the hard ware .

Thanks for thinking of me! No this door is on the end of the barn(measures about 60x80)and the doors on each end slide. I guess the door is maybe 10x12. I have no problem on the south end and it also has a large concrete apron. The weather is suppose to be warm tomorrow so we're gonna take a looksy. Thanks again, I'll tell ya what we find.
