Best overall source (biggest variety of the most different stuff) is the Seed Saver's Exchange. They put out a catalog that is pretty good, but the real goldmine is the member's yearbook. Various members offer an incredible number of seeds/plant materials, and it is arranged by type (tomato, corn or whatever) and variety.
Shumway's has quite a few non-hybrids in their catalog.
If you contact Small Farm Today for the back issue, either last month's or the month before's issue listed about 5 or 6 pages of seed sources. Many of them list non-hybrid and/or organic...then you can contact the suppliers directly.
