Helped butcher hogs last Sat. Now, I like stuffed pork chops, good sausage and ham, there's nothing so close to heaven as some good hot crispy fried scrapple topped with apple butter. We butchered 7 hogs and got two huge kettles of scrapple. yummmm! It would go pretty good with some maple syrup too.

Way to go,, 4:00 AM sitting here wondering whether to eat or go to bed,,, just went to the freezer and grabbed a pack and it's cooking now, well at least I'll be full if not rested.
BTW if ya freeze that stuff, we slice it, and then freeze it, and to cook it up with out all the hassle that frozen scrapple can give ya, we just put it on a cookie sheet, set the oven to 425 and bake it, don't even have to turn it. When it looks right for you,, it's done!!
