Got some good salmon at the store the other
day, but don't have a good way to cook it.
Looking for a good cajun or cajun like salmon
recepie. Anybody got anything?

Hello Ludwig,
The recipe my father use to use was:

take salmon and place on foil(sprayed w/ pam),
using creole seasoning, sprinkle just to cover,
then sprinle lemon-pepper (slightly),
place slices of butter over the salmon,
next you fold over the foil to form a seal and place on a grill or in the oven on 350 for approx.
35-40 minutes.Be sure not to over cook.
Best of luck............................Susan
