I've been slaughtering white perch in Mississippi for about a week. Fried 20 fresh ones last night and they were delicious. Is there another good way to cook them?

We're in central Minnesota - just retired from motelling to a cabin between a lake & river. We had some trees cut last summer so still have maybe 20 brushpiles to clean up.
We spent a year in Erie Pa - i remember guys fishing off ice dunes. Have no idea how they got way the heck out there - looked like seals. And in Spring we'd try for lunker lake trout in the channels. :)

Aw you son of a gun! I've been trying to get the perfect day that's warm enough with ice enough to go after the big bluegills on the Upper lake - maybe in a couple days. We still have hard water up here. :) The boys snuck in & battered a coupla walleyes lately, to whet my appetite i think. I'll let ya know --
