Hey Donna, I think you'd asked about cheesemaking awhile back.I am back in my office this morning and had this link to a pretty good cheesemaking site on my computer here, if you're still interested. This guy is a PhD in microbiology who does cheese for a hobby. He really takes it seriously, and has lots of good info and pictures. good luck! Tom

renee would you consider getting back to me and let me know how you cheeses are coming out? i'm a beginner and it would be nice to share notes and ideas with somebody doing the same thing

Donna, I'll be glad to when I get started. I'm gathering information, but I don't have my goats yet. And I'll wait until then. I have to build some fences before I can get goats, or any animals, so I'm kinda at a standstill Renee
