I just saw your message about your turkey. You might try moving her with her eggs at night to whatever safe place you have for her. This works with chickens. I hope it isn't too late!

The survivor is setting her eggs in one of our near in-buildings...not protected if it is a fox, but I don't think an owl could get her. I'm not sure if a fox would come this close to the house.

We tried moving her several times, but she keeps coming back to the potting shed. She really started to hate the chicken coop once she got broody. I've been sleeping lousy since she's been there, everytime one of the dogs growl I'm outside with a gun...feel like I'm on 24 hour guard duty or something.

Don't know, hope she makes it because she really is a sweet thing (they both were...).
