Racoons, radio and corn

My neighbor tried the radio in the corn patch trick and reported that the racoon changed the station and ate the corn anyway.

Try putting mothballs around fence. It keeps the moths out too!!

Could be......

I've had good luck with at least three radios, on DIFFERENT stations, and set loud enough for me to hear each one anywhere in the patch. One radio won't do it. Get a talk station, a rock station, and a CW station working against each other, and they don't seem to like it. This needs to be started BEFORE they begin to eat the corn.

john d.can understand where that would work,if I had to listen to talk radio or a rock station for food, I'd be danged hongry fo I et.
