Was in the store looking for Vidalias yesterday and here i found a box of 1015s! Good price too, even for a $-million onion. (Of course the label sounded like a carnival barker) You guys were right, they're darn mild! Thanks! I'm soaking one in water in the fridge - then dry & dice - try that :)

They are great for Denver sandwiches. MMmmmmm.....Maybe I'll have to have one sometime soon.

10-15 that is the month and day to plant them. Developed at Texas A&M. They were designed to make the perfect fried onion ring and do well in this duty.
