We just finished painting 1 gallon paint cans for our kindergarten classes to make easter buckets. We have all these lids and are trying to find a craft that they can be used for. Does anybody have any ideas?

perhaps you could find old farm/country scenes in magazines and books and cut and paste and decoupage them on. or maybe be creative and draw something that is country related and make a "collector" series. a series of farm animals or different tractors, old barns, crops in the field, wildflowers in the meadow etc... hot glue a picture hanger on. give them as gifts or sell at a craft show.

Great idea, Hay! I know some folks paint scenes on circular saw blades. Figure you could do the same on paint can lids.
