on a previous post i got started on this subject
and now i am wound up so here goes
one law says we will not go over 55 mph on the highway. another law says we are not allowed to break in a homje and kill another it alright to speed but not kill or is a law a law
do we ourselves decide which laws we obey or do we obey all laws or disowbay all laws
if we feel that it is ok to speed on the road then is it ok if we kill someone while we are speeding then is it ok if we break into a home
not intending to kill but get caught and end up killing what is your opinion

Bob I saw this post on CG. here is one i break every year. Federal government says that the people of the U.S are smart enough to handle class C fireworks. Our state of N.Y. thinks we are too stupid to handle class C fireworks. I buy mine in PA every year. who's right Feds or N.Y. ?

I still have all three fingers on each hand...oh I mean five its five fingers :^)

It's impossible to make a law that's undebatable - although i rarely speed and dont' recall ever broking into a home. It's clearly illegal to do either, but given your choices i'd rather speed because the odds of getting shot at are so much lower. At least where we live :)
BTW, there ARE laws that are stupid in my opinion so i break them sometimes, but if i ever get caught, reckon i deserve however they decide to punish me. With 200 years of laws laying around, it's darn near impossible to go a whole day without breaking something.

I think when you wake up in the morning you decide for that day how far you want to push things. Not the written law that stops us really. Then we live with those decisions. Or die with them.
