Seems like questions about canning different foods come up frequently on this board. I just rediscovered an old bookmark I'd forgotten about.

This site is the USDA's guide to home canning, and it is excellent, only second-best to the Ball Blue Book. Difference is the USDA guide is free and on-line, so you can print just stuff you want.

I was wondering if I could use the Welsh's frozen grape juice concentrate for Grape jelly?

I have a very hard time doing grape jelly with the cheese cloth and grapes. My jelly never hardens with this method no matter what I do.

Please can you help?

Thank you,
