I had a friend stay with me for some time and he told me about his homeland and how he missed being home that he wanted to go back to Australia.I gave him my home address and I have moved back to my home town of Brownsville,Pa.I have been anxious to hear from my friend. His name is David Hall and he told me he was from around Melbourne.I enjoyed his company annd hope to hear from him.Thanks for your help. Hope to hear something soon.

I spent last Fall down in Melbourne and have some friends down there who could possibly look for "Dave Hall" if you'd guarantees of course but it's worth a try!

Morning Dan,
I chose a similar task as my new computer's first assignment - decided to look up a gal who had stayed with us in Melbourne. I soon discovered that i needed to look in Aussie websites. The best luck i had was typing queries in Yahoo chatrooms, (actually found an acquaintance who knew who she married and what part of the country she moved to) and finally found her folks' mailing address on an online Aussie directory (WhoWhere i think), and sure enough, got a letter & picture from our Clare. After 15 years lost, finding her took about a month so it CAN be done. Good luck :)
