How do you bring back your honey ? I always put
it in a pan of water and heated it slow . But now
I just stick it in the micro wave . Lots faster
and seems to work O.K. Any coment out there ?

by microwaving ur honey--u kill the enzymes that help with local allergies--if u over do it-u may get a burned taste to ur honey--i put it down in warm water---in the jars its packed in.

For jars I used to use warm water too, but nowadays I microwave it. No difference to the honey as long as you don't overdo the heat.

For my 5 gallon buckets I put into my double-boiler bottling tank, cuz my microwave isn't that big. :-)
