After seeing how well I was helped with an ant problem I had a month ago,I am back with another problem.I have begun to see what I am sure are termites in my house.Other years I might have seen one or two and then nothing, but now I am seeing more.I would appreciate any ideas this wonderful group can offer thanks. dave m

Dave I have to agree with Tom... Call a professional. It may cost you some money, but believe me, it's well worth it. I've had my own problems with termites, even got sued over 'em a couple years ago. (that's a whole other story) When it comes to wood eaters, let the pro's handle it.

i just went through the termite problem there is a two step procrdure done by profesionals they spray the inside the cellar and around the foundation on the outside then install bait stations around your house about 3 feet from the house they check the bait stations once a month
for termites you need at least one year service
but twrmites travel under ground so it would pay to keep the service it costs about 1000.00 for the treatment and first year then 200.00 a year

Ants and bees I'll do myself, but termites I won't mess with cuz of the consequences of failure.

Call a professional exterminator to confirm they're termites, and if they are get rid of them quick. If you see one, there's thousands you don't see.

my opinion,
Tom A
