What remedy do you suggest after getting BLOATED from supper, breakfast, brunch & lunch? Sports? reading? praying? and dare I say s_x? Any other choice remedies?

About the only thing will fix that bloated feeling is to sit in an easy chair on the porch. Preferably in the shade. Think about all the other things you should be doing, but don't do em. Then when you start feelin a little better you can always grab a bite to eat.

Grab a glass of ginger ale and stretch out in the hammock. Don't tend to anything unless it comes up..... :)

Joe- Grab the handles of a lawn mower and cut the grass. Or, grab the handles of a rototiller and till up the garden. After that shower up and try your 3rd choice toward opportunities with your 4th choice. Big grin to 'ya, IHank

IHank, i swear you're a workaholic! The kids accuse me of that sometimes -- "Your cure for everything is to walk over there, grab some tools and get to it!" it goes like this :

"I have a headache"-------
"Well sure - your circulation's shot - you're out of shape!"

"Politicians are crooks" ------
"So run for office!"

"My car's broke down" --------
"Bikes are great for fresh air and exercise!"

"I'd like a bigger boat motor" -------
"Then get a job!"

Okay, IS there a better way? lol
