Help getting cabinet off wall

I have a medicine cabinet that is screwed to the wall and I need to lower it. My problem is when I took all the screws out the cabinet was still stuck to the wall. I guess I got impatient and put it up before the paint was dry. Anyway, now I have decided its up to high and need to move it before putting up the matching shelves. Any ideas how to get it off the wall without doing too much damage to the paint or wall? I do have extra paint for touchups if needed.

score the paint lightly around the cabinet with a sharp knife.

Get some help to hold the cabinet and hit it on the side. This will tend to shear the paint rather than pull the paint off with the cabinet. You might get lucky and not have any touchup to do.
