Hi there can anyone help us? we are a young family, looking to rent a tiny smallholding in
the south west of england (or anywhere else really!)it must be min 1/2 acre, with either a tiny cottage or a caravan/space for a caravan.
Cheap rent please, can manage upto 350 pcm, could work p/t in return for cheap/no rent?
We plan to have just one goat, and a few hens, plus a largish veggie plot.
If you have something or space on your farm/smallholding please e-mail.
We need to move in the next two weeks really, but can find temporary accom if necesary.
We have good references, and could poss provide a deposit of some kind.
Please if you can help contact me.
Ta Babs

I am surprised that acres is the unit of land measurement in England. I do not know what I thought it should be just always thought due to the metric system in use over there it would be different. How many square meters or whatever makes an acre in England? Just curious.

There are 1000 sq meters in a hectare. an acre is 43560 sq feet and about 209 feet square. 2 hectares are real close to 5 acres. hope this helps
