Kosher Dill Pickles

He everyone. My cucumbers are coming in and I need a good but SIMPLE recipe for Kosher Dill Pickles. I don't like a real sour pickle. I need help quick!!

I dont think "Sullivans" can make Kosher anything. I think it takes a Jewish rabbi.
Maybe just dill pickles ..... :-)
... then again there are Kosher Cook books, so hope you find a recipe.

:O) Well Kosher in the case of pickles is just a generic term.
The recipes utilize Kosher salt-no iodine added and they also have garlic cloves and red peppers in the mix. Some add a dab of sugar-very little. I like them that way

1/2 c. salt {Kosher}
4 c. vinegar
4 c. water
5 sterilized quart jars
Wash cucumbers and slice to fill 5 quart jars. To each jar add: 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, 2 cloves garlic, and 1 teaspoon dill seed. Bring sauce to a boil. Pour into jars and seal.
