I saw an advertisment on the Kountry life site. Someone was looking for information regarding outside wood burning furnaces. The following are products listed for this idea: www.centralboiler.com
Aqua-therm
Heatmor

Best of luck to whomever wanted the information

I have a Central Boiler that heats both my home and my son's. It works fine. Many advantages vs. a wood stove inside the house. There are a few disadvantages, too. If I didn't get my wood for next to nothing (just the effort it takes to go get it and/or work it up) I'd probably have something else.

Les-
What are some of the disadvantages? I'm seriously thinking about putting one in by Aqua-therm. My neighbor has one and he's very happy with his (and he's turned into something of an advocate for them!) Wood isn't an issue - I've got 20 acres of woods. I'm more concerned about insttallation, conversion cost (I have forced air heat with a woodburner add on). Pleaase, give me your thoughts..........Mark
