We are not sure why or who is doing it but 20 fires since Sunday is not even normal? They seem to be poping up all over in our Fire Area. This dose not count the ones burning from befor and out of the Colvile Reservation. The person better be caught soon befor someone dies in one of them. Every one is watching for people doing things not normal, they will be caught! Mark H.

We had the same problem in a small town not far from where I lived in Mississippi. I think it was something like 18 fires in two months. They finally arrested the Fire Chief. No more fires since. He has been charged with starting 3 of the fires last I heard.

Is not it amazing how a sick mind can be so distructive. The lust for power corrupts. The 'pea brain' idiot thinks they are powerful. Even my kids hampster is more honest than this sick arsonest.

You, Me and a whole bunch of other people! I live on the Colvile Indian Reservation on deeded privet land. The Reservation is the area most these fires have been on. Not to many years ago the Colvile Tribe sold a section of land and it was broke up further and sold again. I now own 40 acres inside the boundry of the Reservation. Nothing like haveing 2 Law Enforsments controling one area. One for the White Man and the other for the Tribe? Just depending on what happens, which one you call. I work with the Tolman Fire Dept. (tribe) as our Volenteer Dist #8 inside the Boundry of the reservation. Gets confusing sometimes?? I never see a cop unless they are arresting someone then they come out in pairs at night or day due to some of the folks that live out here. We have them fooled! But some are sort of crazy too, you need to know them to be confertable living here. Mark H.

Maybe we need to get the 101st Airborne to hunt him down, they are getting better at it seems like. Of course some folks might tell ya those fires are just twisted lies by our government and don't really exist. Yeah, I know that was rude but some folks get under my skin fast, arsonists and those who constantly complain about our government are two examples. Hope ya'll get some rain soon and lots of it.

You can shoot a arsonest if you catch him in the act in Washington. People around here would do it too! Not even give it a secon thought. Mark H.

You may have an arsonist. But often those ctolitic converters that tree huggers love so mach will start fires along the roads. The police in Texas started a few that way. There are conditions that can contribute to fires in such dry weather that no human has planned.A glass bottle can become a magnifying glass. Not saying your theory is wrong but the police can jerk up folks off the street and make a case that looks real yet has no reality to it.It looks good on paper and in the paper and there seems to be action taken. If there is an arsonist it would great news to see him dangle from a rope. But a substitute is a poor excuse for justice.

All the fires have been close to the roads and none out where road are not at. Investagators can't give reasons for the fires yet but most humand caused. Mark H.

alot of them around here that are close to the road are usually set be arsonests or people driving along and not thinking and tossing a cigrette butt out the window , end result is the same

happens here sometimes too and it is hard to figure cause he knows how dangeous it is and how much destruction they cause , and having fought fires in the past i,ll tell you it,s a tough way to make a buck, hard , hot dirty work ,your lungs feeling like they are gonna explode.

The first 12-24 hours are free most of the time too! You won't get rich off the job and most fires you don't get anything it has to be a big one for the pay to kick in or have it go to State Mob then you are paid from the begining. Mark H.
