I have had arthritus pain for years and I have spent a fortune on little tubes of sports creme,ben-gay,and flexall454 to try and get some relief from the pain.I have a friend that gets a creme from the VA and it works great. After a lot of research I finally found out what it was.It is called Fougera analgesic balm and I had my druggist order a 1lb can with no prescription needed.the cost was under 15 dollars.the product code is 0168-0219-16. Try it you will like it.

Thanks, I'll also give it a try.
I picked up a bottle of Emu Oil yesterday.
Has anyone tried that?
Says it's good for Arthritis, Muscle & Joint pain, Psoriasis & Eczema, Pain from Shingles, Burns & Sunburns, Cuts and Abrasions, and Insect bites. Also thickens aging skin and Moisturizes.
Sounds a bit like Snake Oil to me but I thought I would give it a try.

When my Border Collie got attacked by a young cougar, I used Emu oil on his worst wounds. One of the wounds was a where a piece of flesh and hide had been torn off his front leg. It left a gaping circular hole, shaped about 3 inches across. The muscle was exposed and bulging out. After thoroughly disinfecting the wound, I started using the emu oil, and wrapping the leg. The emu oil kept the muscle tissue moist and helped new granular tissue grow. It healed really fast. The Vet was amazed.
I have used emu oil for many, many things. It works.

Try 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 Tablespoon honey in an 8oz glass of hot water twice a day

Clay, thanks for the tip! Is that product code a universal code that will be the same in any part of the country, or a stock number for that store? And does it come in smaller packages than 1 lb. at a time? I like to try something before stocking up.

Dear Maggie, That number is the NDC number and is good nationwide. This stuff also comes in 1oz. tubes NDC#0168-0219-31.
