But does anyone know what is the highest flying bird. I saw what I thought was a eagle, that was only a speck up there.

Talked to an Air National Guard pilot at an air show after watching him windex bugs off his canopy, Asked how high he had to be before no more bugs hitting the wind canopy, he said over 10,000 feet.
