I pressure canned some peaches yesterday and apparently the jars werent as full as i thought they were. I have 3 partially full qt jars that i want to combine into 2 qts and maybe a pint or a jelly jar. Can i do this with out killing myself when i open the jars to make pies or cobblers with the peaches later?

Sure, you can reprocess them. Most canning books tell you how. But, they will be mushy! Did you pressure can them or do them in a water bath? I would consider leaving them as they are, provided the jars sealed. Otherwise, think about opening the jars and just putting them into the freezer. Use them for making smoothies or ice cream topping.
