So far, everything I planted in my flowerbed this spring has come up, and bloomed quite nicely. This is the Clematis I'm training to climb over the porch railing.

For a first attempt at a flower garden, I'm pretty pleased with the way things went. Now I just gotta wait to see what the Echenacia (Purple Coneflower) does, and then in the spring see if my rhododendrons bloom.

I have 2 roots that were planted around 1984 that are still going strong...Make for a pretty show most of the summer...
