Hi, I'm new here. Been reading awhile but never posted. What does everyone think of either leasing the hunting rights or selling specific hunting times for additional income? I'm always looking for ways to pay the taxman. I listed on eBay. Brian

doing that on the family farm for the past 6 years. Instead of $$ we get the job skills of the hunters: plumbers/carpenters/electricians etc....we buy the materials needed and they get the job done.....AND we get fresh venison and good sausage to boot... :^)

Welcome to the forum.

I am not into guns... but I imagine you will

I pay every year into a hunting club that leases hunting rights from a timber company. It goes up about every three years. This year it is 275.

Ron- What does that get you? How many members & acres? Do you pay extra for management costs like foodplots etc? Thanks
