Just had a good experience with it in my work truck gas tank. The fuel gauge float was stuck. I have been driving without a fuel gauge for some time now. 1/2 a can of Seafoam and it is working again. Freed up the goop and broke it down. Truck is running smoother too. Have 270,000 hard miles on it and I am pleased as punch. Mike D.

yup, sure have. let me tell you it is great at doing just what that can says it will do. pour it in the gas, that carb is going to get cleaned a bit and the intake valves get realy clean too. many many more uses for it and what a deal too, at $3. and some i it is a steal at twice the price.

Where do you .....    Posted 08-20-2003 at 05:43:22       [Reply]  [No Email]

Anyplace with a good selection of automotive additives..been around for many, many years. One of the "curealls in a can" that actually seems to do what it says, and one a lot of the "old guys" swear by.

Guess I must be one of the oldtimers. Have used it in the oil to clean and quiet tappets down. Yes it seems to work so it is one of the few additives that I use. Always have had good luck with it.
