I should carry or shoot today to Offend Bob? Perhaps the S&W model 28 for recreational carry and personal protection. And a little plinking shooting feral cats with the 7.62X54 Russian (yeah I know thats overkill for cats but the surplus shells are cheap)

My Ruger Super Black-Hawk into the Yuppie store up the hill here during deer season...

Amazing the service you get then that you don't get the rest of the year...

Aint no law against that here...In fact I know of some stores in the Northeast Kingdom that if you are not wearing a sidearm in deer season they know you are a tourist...

Prolly better just to"chill",LH.Like religion and pollyticks nothins gonna be resolved in the long run by havin a battle of wits with an"unarmed" person...Another side of course would be the craftsmanship and beauty of a well made firearm,as opposed to the deadly servicability of say my,short side by side,"porch sweeper" :)

I already had my short .410 out this morning to go look for that stupid property marker. It's buried in about six feet of weeds and I wanted to be ready in case a rattlesnake popped out on me. No snake, but I found the marker, right where I thought it was and am now drafting a letter to my neighbor about where he should look to find it.

Cindi, forgive me, but why isn't your husband handling this problem? Seems out of the ordinary to let it all fall on you.

Well mainly because he leaves at five thirty a.m. and usually doesn't get home til dark. He'll be here this weekend and he willl help me out.

Might want to mention in your letter that moving, defacing or altering the location of a survey marker or monument is a crime,at least it is here,I would imagine it would be most places,as they are placed w/gov't authority.
