Trolls kill nice sites
[Return to Topics]

Hey all:

Don't let a troll kill *our* site.

Those of you who haven't been here that long won't remember that this site was shut down for a period of time because folks allowed some nitwit to get his jollies by yanking their chains. Two other sister sites never reopened.

All our loss. Trolls do this for sport.

Do the smart thing, just don't answer--not a single word.

Kim warned us once; we won't get another.

Missed the fracas. Been catching up this morning. Seems to me a certain IP # keeps reapearing with this latest troll no matter what name is being used. Can't tell for sure as I can't find some of the earlier posts.

You are 100% right Tom. They feed off responses, ignore them and starve 'em out.

Trolls like him have smarts enough to start a fight with remarks that would make a preacher cuss and then set back and watch everyone get worked up over his stupidity.I,like many others like to rebuke comments like his,but Kim can't stand the heat and it is her call, and I will refrain.Troll on troll,I don't think you will get any more bites here!

Well, I guess sometimes that Iron Hand is Needed.
but thus far I have found it quite informative and also entertaining. Kim is kinda silent tho
as I have missed to see her posting..

You know you guys want to talk about these things. C'mon, don't you get tired about talking about your dogs, guns, trucks, etc.? Isn't this more interestong? I have gotten a few witty and interesting responses so far and it is has been fun. That is the BEAUTY of the internet: getting to talk to people you would never previously talk to or get a chance to. I probably came out as somewhat abrasive but I needed to stir it up so people would pay attention.

I like to talk about my animals, and farming, and tomatoes and cucumbers, how country life is. Peoples experiences are the best stories. And these peoples experiences are the best. My favorite time of the year is when the Ga Natl Fair comes. Its ALL about country there.
