AREA!!!!!
The weather pattern has shifted the smoke our way. The sun was a blood red then dissappeared about 45 minutes before true sunset.

I'd thunk they'ld learn from Yellowstone of '88, no such luck. Well you can love Mother Nature to death,,,, then watch her burn.

Someday maybe enough people will realize that cleaning up the forest does not detract from the beauty of nature, that allowing removal of dead and dying, dease and insect infested floura will become the method of choice to minize the impact of these fires.

Keep the fire lanes clear and the hoses charged.

It was pretty thick yesterday and hanging around this morning. I think the smoke is from the Lake Okanogan fire in Canada. Nothing new around here. Tomorrow and Saturday suposed to be a chance of Lightning again so maybe we can produse some then. I am picking up my truck those days hope nothing happens. At least my Wife and Daughter knows how to use the Fire Equipment at home. Mark H.
