Can someone tell me how I can re-level my 30`x30` frame house. I will have to re-locate some of the blocks and I think I will have to use a water level. Any help someone could offer would be much appreciated.

I have set, leveled and releveled a couple of mobile homes and a water level works great for that job. The mobile homes were set on concrete block piers that were on large footings in the ground. I established how far out of level the mobile homes were with the level and then used a huge hydraulic jack to lift the mobile home frame to where it needed to be. Then I added wood shims between the piers and the mobile home frame and let the jack back down. I checked my work inside by seeing if a marble would roll a particular direction on a hard floor.

If you are not talking about a mobile home, it can be leveled in much the same way, by jacking on floor joists and adding shims. Just don't try to move a given point too far at a given time.
