The people at the restaurant I hang out in do not all appreciate my sense of humor. Most of ya'll have read some of my past messages. Some people enjoy my jokes and others say I just ain't rite.I am taking a survey and please answer honestly because it is really hard to hurt my feelings. Thanks in advance,Clay

Kinda reminds me of an older fella who acted kinda goofy and silly , he told me one time I know most people think I am crazy but I am just acting like this so when I go bonkers they won't notice cause they'll think he has been that way all his life. I meet some of my high school classmates and they comment on my sense of humor I had in school. I have worked with so many people that have no sense of humor that it has rubbed off on me. Sometimes I wish I could get it back again. If they can't laugh that is their problem.

Well, you ain't rite, but who is?
If being rite means being like some folks I know, why would anybody want to be rite?

Some folks just have no sense of humor. Let the jokes fly.

Clay, I don't see a bloomin thing wrong with your sense of humor. Sometimes it's hard to put a joke over in typed form, as you lose all the experssion and voice inflections that way, but I think it's better to laugh than be serious all the time. You'll probably live longer than those stone-faced serious folks will. :)

humor can be shaky ground clay - hard to tell a joke without offending somebiddy :)

Then ain't none of us rite, Clay. Folks with a good sense of humor are looked at as odd folks, politically incorrect. They think we need to take a more serious attitude toward life. You ain't gonna solve the deep mysteries of life at the coffee shop each morning so ya just as well have some fun. I keep telling my kids I'll never be as old as they are now. They are WAY too serious about life.

What was you said? I believe in being yourself, and if somebody doesn't like it, they don't have to look or listen. I hang out with the people who like me for me. Don't worry about what other people think. Just be your good ole self.

Right is like beauty. It is in the eyes of the beholder! Some swear by it and some swear at it!!

If being right is being purty I am cursed on both counts.I can't keep a mirror in this house. They keep breaking.I bought one at wallmart, took it back 8 times and finally the lady gave me double my money back plus $100 if I promised not to let her set eyes on me again. It is hot down here in Georgia but I have to go thirsty all day long.I can only drink water after the sun goes down and I can't see my reflection in the glass.Yes life as Coon Catcher Clay is not all just one bed of roses. Why even the coons I catch wear masks cause it hurts their little eyeballs just to glance at me.
