Hi anyone heard an update from Phyllis from the couple that were in the motorcycle accident? If so please let me know how things are going. The c-scan for Jack, etc. I really appreciate it! Talk Later

Hi Sarah. I haven't gotten through today yet, but they didn't find anything on Jack's catscans, as far as I've heard. He apparantly has infection, somewhere, and they're trying to find out where and why. I think, today, both Cindy and Jack, are supposed to go into surgery - her on her leg again, and him on his leg also. I'm trying to find out something, but haven't been able to talk to anyone yet. Probably will later today, when someone's in the waiting room. There's a lot of tissue on Jack's leg that has died and they need to take that off. They're trying to keep it going with circulation until they're able to do more surgery. Hopefully, they'll be able to save it. On Cindy, they're still cleaning up the amputation area, and if it looks good enough, will close it up. They left it open so they could keep cleaning it and hopefully prevent infection. If she does okay, and it looks okay, they want to go ahead and start on her hip. When I find out more, I'll let you know. Thanks again.

sad situation.... people just dont realize the danger they put them selves in unnessarily. IMO riding motorcycles is very foolish along with skydiving ,bungee jumping and other death wish things.

Used to be 1/2 safe back in the 60s & 70s. Too many people on the road now & a lot of them are on precription drugs. Mood modifiers & other junk that has them high or '1/2 there'. It seems when one is stressed due to just plain ol' life in general now-a-days, they must have a 'pill to fix it'.

I gave up my road bikes in the late 70s & got rid of the dirt bikes in the early 90s. Older persons should not ride dirt bikes due to their bones get quite brittle & break instead of bend. About the age of 45 is the limit.

I am glad the couple did not lose their lives.
