Hello Phyllis, I was wondering if you had any new updates on Cindi and Jack? Hope they are doing better. Well they were mentioned in Church again today for Prayer. I pray for them continously. I really do hope they are doing better. Thanks so very much,Sarah

Sarah, I sure do appreciate your dedication to this! Thanks so much for putting this in your Church prayer.
Cindy seems to be doing a little better. She recognizes people, and I believe is off the ventilator except they have had to leave the tube down her throat because it was trying to close up. They haven't closed her leg yet, but probably will soon, and then they can start on her hip. She seems to be improving a little almost every day, but is still only semi-conscious most of the time.
Jack's still having a hard time. He doesn't recognize anyone and doesn't respond like Cindy oes. First, they were told that the catscans were all negative on his head, but yesterday one of the nurses told Cindy's brother that there was some injury that showed on Jack's brain, but that it shouldn't be severe. It will probably mostly be wait-and-see for a while. Right now, when they reduce his meds, he fights and thrashes around. His arms are still strapped. He's breathing some on his own, but the ventilator still kicks in when he needs it.
Thanks again, Sarah, I really appreciate your concern and prayers.
