Going to leave outta here Thursday evening, be in Jacksonville about 5 hours later. Go see Ians uncle, then shoot down a little to Marineland to see the dolphins, then on down to Titusville to visit his aunt. Going to spare one night for a hotel we liked last time on the beach close to St. Augustine, so I can get up early and Tip and I can go for a sunrise walk. Nobody else gets up with me to see the sunrise. I never miss it. Its so beautiful. I posted a pic a little while back on the Photo gallery of one of those sunrises. Just beautiful. Cindi, I'll holler loud across the way, maybe you will hear me say hey to ya! :)

I'll be listening!    Posted 09-09-2003 at 11:26:25       [Reply]  [No Email]
Try to get your hands on a computer and keep me apprised of your progress. A quick meeting at Denny's for coffee may not be out of the realm of possibility! Cindi

Yeah, we found a place last year near St Augustine that allows dogs on the beach, hard to find a place, but we did. Found out the hard way the first year we had Tip. Went to Ormond Beach, which is in Volusia Count. Didn't realize we were in the cleanest county on the coast, lol. Had to go up to Flagler Beach if we wantd to take the dog. We went to Ripleys Believe It or Not, the Alligator Farm, and out to eataroundthere of course. It was so hot, maybe it wont be this time. Shelby wanted to see the dolphins lst time, but we ran out of time. Thanks, and w will definitey have FUN!!! :) I will have pictures to share I am sure.

Have a great time. One year ago we were in Florida and had a great time in the St. Augustine area. There is a Mexican rest. right at the south end of the old fort, right on the sea channel. Excellent food. St. Augustine Beach a few miles south had wonderful beaches. Be safe and have fun!
