Just informed that Manatee county is in a bind for show pigs and are looking at lowering the initial weigh in requirements. We were thinking we missed the boat for Manatee county now we are getting calls for piglets as small as twenty pounds. Woohoo!

Our little porkers are averaging twenty to thirty pounds right now, so we are in the market. Looks like we may be getting rid of a lot of them a lot sooner. That means less feed, quicker return on our investment. Now preperation activities have swung into over drive, banding tails, castrations, worm shots, so on, so I may be kind of scarce for a few days. But, when I return, hopefully I will have some foldin' money! Ya'll be safe and take care.
