According to the ad in the paper for the Kingston Trio it looks like 2 older guys, one with gray hair and one with a big forehead. The other guy looks quite young.

The other day, I referred to Nick, Bob and John, which was the name of one of their albums, which I just happen to have in front of me. The Bob is Bob Shane. Not sure who this other Bob and George are but they ain't original. I think John was the one who took Dave Guard's place when he left.

That quite extensive website tells the whole history, and tells all the guys who sang with the group at one time or another.
