As i'm sure i'm not the only one w/these spawn of satan crawling all over, heres a tip.
Trying to paint in my shop the other day and winding up with a myriad of multicolored beetles, not to mention unique paint designs,I decided to try something.got out a small bug zapper and hung it inside the shop overnight.next morning there was about 200 zapped beetles beneath it and not a one flitting about.got my painting done with no problems until late in the day when they invaded again.that night, same plan, same results.ZAAAAAAAPPPPPP the lil buggers,IT WORKS.

Grub killer on the lawn also works for Japanese beetles. Gets them in their larvae stage.
