A chart that shows how a pig is divided up and the different cuts of meat such as loin, hams, etc. Think you can find me one? Usually it shows the outline of the pig and then little dotted lines show how it is butchered.

I been looking and looking. I need one for a flyer I'm making up. Besides we might need one if we catch one of those wild hogs on the island! (grin)

There might be one in your better homes and garden cook book . There is one for beef pork and lamb in mine .

I bet there is, I have one also in a 4-H manual but I can't get it into my computer as my scanner is not working. So it has to be online. That's the only problem.
