LH- losing weight

I read your reply to breakfast,did the same for years and got fatter.Switched to eating breakfast and lunch,skiped dinner or late supper lost 20#s in 3 months and energy level was up.If I get hungry in the evening,I always eat low cal,salad or fruit or vegies.
Still round but getting better, Dave.

Lost twenty pounds since March. Just stopped eating bread and starches. I still eat some candy and ice cream. Cheese etc. The hardest thing to cut out was the liquid starch (beer) Since I never was much for chips or pretzels, I didn't miss them. I was always a sucker for bread. White bread, rye bread, muffins, bagels, biscuits, pumpernickle, seven grain, ..... Darn where's those carrots.

I have 2 peices of toast in the morning with a few cups of coffie. For lunch a bowl of soup or sandwich. But when dinner comes I pig out till I am full then have some ice cream befor bed. Done that for the last 7 years and only vary 2-3 pounds at the most. But I have gained a couple of pounds in the belly in the last few years, I have went from 128 to 132 pound. Been the same weight for the last 30 years and about 110-115 in my Senior year in school. Mark H.

best diet i ever met was eating 5 fruits/day at weight watchers - suddenly the candy cravings were gone, i started losing weight, plenty energy, everything. eat whatever else turns you on, just eat 5 fruits first :)
