I do wish to share a neat web site with you
it is awesome and I hope you will enjoy this

The Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida has put up a very interesting Java applet on their site.
It begins as a view of the Milky Way Galaxy viewed from a distance of 10 million light
years and then zooms into towards Earth in powers of ten of distance 10 million, to one million, to 100,000 light years and so on and
then when it finally reaches a large Oak tree
But that is not all it zooms into the leaf until it reaches to the level of the quarks viewed at
100 attometers.

Copy and paste the link below to your browser address bar to view this:

This is a fantastic representation of how
magnificent the Universe is and how vastly infinite it is both in the macroscopic and
the microscopic level.

It also makes us ponder the magnificence of
our Creator and all that is in this world..

Didn't I read just this past week that astronomers think now that the universe may not be infinite after all? They even think it is semi round and put together in patches sorta like the outside of a soccer ball. Almost like there was nothing and then there was something in amongest that nothingness. Like it was maybe, you know, created?

isn't that something? we had a teacher who told us that if a planet were the size of an orange, they might be a mile apart. same with solid matter. while i'm not doubting these things, i still can't understand why i can't shove one finger thru the other or use my eyes to search the wife's memory. "where'd i put my car keys" "just a sec, i'll have a look" :)
