Do you put milk in scrambled eggs?

Just simply add a little water. Makes them fluffy and they don't scorch like with milk!! For some reason the water gives them the best texture.

Nothing added...And you don't use a whisk...You use a long tined fork and scramble them in a deep bowl...Cook in a HOT pan with a small dollop of bacon grease and there is no need to salt and pepper after they are done...

Just a little - too much and it might curdle the eggs.
What goes into my scrambled eggs; all or some
combination of:

some kind of meat - like sausage
little bit of green onion

a little "texas tranquilizer" works good.

I like to add Fritos, scallions, chopped ham and about 1/2 a pint of cheap burbon with a glass of milk on the side. If you would put some gravy on the hash browns too, please. Oh and do you have any Cat Head biscuits or will you put corn bread wth it?

Milk makes them tough, a little water is better and leaves them fluffier.

My thirteen year old daughter Jenny makes the best scrambled eggs in the world. I didn't teach her. She puts nothing in them until after they are cooked and then and only then does she sprinkle them with a little salt and pepper.
