After a 6:00 AM breakfast at the American Legion the boys and I did our ritual at the local cemetary in cleaning up the graves of the Veterans buried there....bout 10:00AM we drove to the Florist Shop in the neighboring town to pick up the fresh flowers for theses graves. While at the counter the elderly shop owner asked my son what we were going to do with all these flowers and of course he told her. After a few seconds she burst into tears right in front of us.....turns out that one of the graves is her brother who was killed in Vietnam.....she and the family had been trying to find out who it was who cleaned the grave and put flowers on it twice a year (we do this for Memorial Day too).....anywhooo...she flat refused payment fer the flowers (bout $125) and instead give me an the boys a big old hug an kisses galore....sure glad I'm too old ta be blushing but ya shoudda seen my little guys turning red! LOL

I also would like to Thank all of those who served our Country. I am able to live with freedoms that would not have been possible if it weren't for those who fought for them. Thank You and God Bless!
