The more I find out, the worse it gets. This happened next door to where my daughter has riding lessons.

My god that is scary! From what today's article said, I would say that the family of the woman who was killed might look at the prosecuter's office for some blame, as well as the idiot woman who owned the dogs. That the woman who owned the dogs was negligent has been made clear, I think, but the prosecuters had an earlier chance to do something about it and they dropped the ball for some reason or other. If I was family of the woman who was killed, I don't think I'd stop until I knew the reason.

And I still wonder why in the heck some of those neighbors didn't implement the SSS plan on those dogs a long time ago?

Most people are afraid of the 'authorities' and getting themselves in trouble...

Some of us could not care less (that's for you Les) what the neighbors or 'authorities' think about certain aspects of our daily lives or protecting what is ours...
