Y'all please think good thoughts, happy thoughts for me and mine. We found a house, out in the country. Ian has to be approved for the loan on Tuesday, and we are supposed to make an offer to the owner on that same afternoon.

It is so beautiful. Its almost to the end of a very long dirt road. Its on 4 acres, a little less than we would like, but there is nothing around except the Henry County water reservoir at the end of the road, and miles of nature trails. They are putting in a golf course on down, but Ian loves to play golf so thats okay. I will post a picture if I can on the photo gallery of the house.

Everybody hold their breath, pray, and keep their fingers crossed for us. We may be seeing spring in a new environment. Where there are deer, wild turkey, and rabbits. :)

Having just bought a house a few months ago I know what you're going through.
Still haven't seen it since we bought it. Too much work.
Good luck.

Wishing you all the luck in the world
(small prayer wouldn't hurt nothing)
NOTHING BETTER than being out away from
the hustle & bustle of cities.
Good Luck
Gene
