if you mean the country population, it's growing now. unfortunately our elbow room and freedom-from-bureauocracy aren't. when i went to school, the state's biggest employers were honeywell and general mills - now they're the state itself and the university. that's another price of socialism. and to think russia sent students here to study democracy! well guess what - bwaahahahaha :)

You can try having lots of babys and working three or four jobs to feed them all. Also encourage your friends and neighbors to do the same.

You could try spreading manure on it, but not everyone likes the stuff.

Maybe just talk gently to it and make sure it gets lots of water and sunshine?
