They never do go away do they? Seems like when you think they can't win another, they do. Great to see a winning team. All we have are the Tigers. Thank god for the Red Wings.

Big Fred - Hope we have a great series. However, as you well know, those damn Yankees always have a knack for getting things done, and this year facing those pesky M's should pose no problems for the Boys of Summer from da Bronx.

Them Yankees did a heck of a job against the A's, I'll give 'em that. The Mariners always have problems with the A's, but this year they did pretty good against the Yankees. I think it's gonna be a heck of a series. Too bad the first game is so danged early, though, it's at 1:00 here and I'm stuck at work without even a radio until 3:00. :o(

At least for Monday Night Football on ABC TV, the games start at 6pm PT instead of the lousy 9pm ET.
