I like "It's a wonderful life" because Jimmy Stewart plays a guy who lives by his ideals regardless of the cost.

Shopping: wife spent $73 on three calendars, some bead/craft things, some candles, and "discounted" Christmas stuff decorations. I used the "W" word (waste of money!---did apologize later, though.)

After that, I feel done! Just gotta count up the # for each kid, make sure it's even, :-)wrap 'em, and call it a day.

My favorite funny movie has to be National Lampoons Christmas Vactaion. I love the part with Chevy Chase and the squirrel. And the cat and the lights.

Me too! The part that tickles me the most is when he finally gets the lights working and the scene switches to the electrical meter running at about a million miles an hour. Goofy flick--but I have to rewatch it every year.

The original Miracle On 34th Street.

Christmas Story.

Christmas Vacation.

Two of my favorite Christmas songs are Enya doing Silent Night, one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard. The other is whoever did Porky Pig's rendition of Blue Christmas, heh heh.

("you'll shoot your eye out!)

finished my shopping this eve. Love the Christmas
season, but I Hate what it,s become. i.d say
that most people don't even think about what it
means anymore.

You named mine, "It's a Wonderful Life". It's one of the few movies I own, and I watch at least once every Christmas season.
