Oh man, this house was awesome. It was pretty as a picture. Pature on both sides, a barn out back that matched the house. The fences could have used a fresh coat of paint. There was some minor outside repairs. I don't know about the inside, because...

As Shelby and I pulled down the long driveway lined with fruit trees, there were three vehicles at the end of that driveway. There was carpet balled up outside, there was ahose on the front step. We got out, and were greeted by some nice folks that had just bought the house a week ago! WAAAAHHHH! OH well, I congratulated them on a great find and wished them well. Shelby and i got in the truck and rode around for about 10 minutes on that beautiful dirt road. It was so beautiful out there. All the properties were like that, none for sale of course. There was even a working farm with several silos and lots of farm equipment. All their land was tilled up, ready to plant. I loved it out there.
